Canadian Voice Over News

The lovely and talented Sunday Muse is holding a voice workshop for teens and adults on April 8th. Sunday is known for her animation coaching, usually specializing in workshops for kids. I recommend keeping an eye on her site for this and other workshops:

Another talented Toronto voice coach is Tracey Hoyt who runs her workshops out of Pirate Radio. She just celebrated her 6th anniversary at Pirate Voice and what a better way to celebrate then with a workshop? She’ll be running her Voiceover 101 class on April 27th. This is a full day workshop where Tracey tells you about the industry and then gets you into the booth to read commercials and gives you her direction. Check out:

On this blog, I only recommend voice workshops that I’ve personally attended, or where I at least know the voice coach and his/her work. I hope in future posts to pass on some information on other voice coaching events outside of Toronto.
